We are considering an initial investment plan focused on the town square area with longer term investment plans being more flexible so they can adapt over time.
Along with creating a better environment for independent retailers, community uses such as healthcare, library and meeting rooms will be given new space in the core so that they can form a catalyst for future urban regeneration.
