What we are consulting on

Cheshire West and Chester Council is carrying out a public consultation to determine the views of the general public and other interested bodies on the existing powers covered by these PSPOs, with a view to extending them for a further three years.

How to share your views

As part of the public consultation we are inviting you to review the proposed extension of the PSPOs and feedback your thoughts, comments and ideas. You can share your views by taking part in an online survey

The six week consultation period closes on Sunday 19 July 2020.

How your views will be used

The outcome of the public consultation will be considered by Cabinet in autumn 2020 and a summary of the consultation findings will be published on the Council website.
