Review of Services for disabled children and young people aged between 0-25

This consultation is now closed.

Background

Cheshire West and Chester Council are carrying out a review to look at how services can operate in a more joined up way without losing the specialist support that is needed and the elements of the services that are currently having a positive impact.

We want to know about your experience of services. We want to learn what is working well and what is not. We will then use this to help us plan for the future and focus on what matters to those who use our services.

How to get involved

A series of listening events for families and professionals have already taken place. In December we would like to talk to you about the emerging key themes at the following event:

  • 3 December 2015, 10am - 1pm at the Parent Carer Forum, Cheshire View, Plough Lane, Christleton, Chester, CH3 7PT

For more information about the Parent Carer Forum:

You can also complete an online questionnaire:

If you would like paper copies of these questionnaires, a young person's questionnaire, or any further help:

How your views will be used

Your views will be used to help us plan for the future and focus on what matters to those who use our services.
